Duties and Responsibilities:
To develop processes to win back lost customers and analyze revenue accrued from recovery efforts.
Execute all outbound calling projects that arise from time to time.
To proactively analyze Revenue (usage) to identify potential churn and take corrective action (Segmentation of customers according to monthly, quarterly and annual usage).
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and health checks.
Suggest to management and implement customer loyalty schemes and incentives (e.g. end of year gifts, Birthday messages, bonus airtime, and recognition of special days e.g. Embassies).
Execute all welcome calls to all new customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
Logging ALL faults, follow up and give feed back to ARM & customers
Update the signed up clients information and documents in respective files for subsequent Account management
To Manage the Toss list reminders for Debt collections in collaboration with ARM’s
Follow up on internal approvals for Installations/call the customer for confirmation.
Courtesy Call to customers and submit reports on called customers and write Customer response letters
Raise /Follow up on PSR, Collect stock (phones, simcards ) Follow-up schedules from customers and Receipting EFT process (retrieval, receipting and sending receipts to customer)
Follow up on Invoicing tasks e.g. service activations, Autoloads invoices
Handling of walk-in customers referred by ARM in the field, assist customers with any queries telephonically and face to face problem solving where possible.
Following on bids (processing money for payment)
Follow up on contract renewal between legal and the customer
Ensure that all appointed visit schedules for Account Managers are booked and properly documented.
Ensure that all account information is input (in order forms) as per required standards and maintain up-to-date database of all sales activations. This should clearly show clients that have signed up with us and those that are to be followed up
Provide continual administrative assistance to the team at large comprising sales documentation, proposal writing, contract/agreement, administration, installation follow-ups and administer Account Managers for their appointments and team responsibilities.
Handle all proposals (proforma invoices/basic quotes) and documents that may be required to be sent out
Liaison with all departments i.e. queries – Customer Care, Point of Sale, Finance, Treasury, billing & Database, technical, and Legal department
Ensuring subscriber agreements are completed in full prior to processing and that all pertaining documentation is received and attached to the subscriber agreement
Submit Segment problematic dashboard due every Wednesday indicating their details to technical
Prepare minutes for daily and other regular meetings.
Site surveys to confirm service
Writing memos and follow up on Sign offs
Carry out research on competition (pricing, new products)

Provide relevant feedback to appropriate stakeholders where necessary.

Ensure costs are minimised in line with the Least Cost Operator strategy.
Ensure regular meetings and interaction with allocated management in order to highlight and address staffing related risks as well as manage expectations.
Ensure all line managers are appropriately informed around employee relation issues and their role as management in order to guarantee a common understanding and approach.
Ensure all reports are produced and submitted within the allocated deadlines in order to provide the relevant feedback to management.

3 Years general experience in human resources in a multinational business environment/telecommunications industry.
